BSc, MSc, Dipl. In Lean Systems.Working in Enterprise Ireland’s Competitiveness Dept. Involved in the Lean Team and the Lean Business Offer. Involved with all aspects of the Lean Business Offer: LeanStart, LeanPlus and currently working on the Lean Transform projects.

Synopsis: Lean is a business improvement management system based on decreasing waste and maximizing your people’s potential. Enterprise Ireland’s Lean business offer has been supporting EI companies since 2009 with significant improvements in productivity, sales and employment. In 2015 the LEO and Enterprise Ireland rolled out a pilot to bring Lean to Micro Businesses. Donegal also ran a pilot and both were highly successful with average savings per company of greater than €41,000 and increases in productivity and capacity. 2016 saw Lean progammes rolling out in more LEOs.
