  Speaker Synopsis:

  Staying competitive in Ireland is a constant challenge. This presentation will outline some of the key challenges and what ICBE and its member companies are doing to address these challenges.

  Speaker Bio:

  Dick has an M.Sc. in Materials Science, is a Chartered Engineer and a Lean-Six-Sigma Master Black-Belt. He worked for 11 years for Digital Equipment and for 8 years with Dell for most recently as EMEA Director of Engineering & Quality. He has also held director-level roles with General-Semiconductor, Seagate and Sun Microsystems. He was managing director of Future Perfect Ltd, a consultancy company from 2008 to 2015. He has been CEO of the Irish Centre for Business Excellence since April-2015.
